I guess that's great that you now have ten extra seconds to figure out where your executioner is before you die. Never mind the bad hit indication lieing to you and other such dumb bugs. I can't determine which CCP likes less. Scouts or dropships? Dropships can now get 18k eHP for 30 seconds. You shall now stand in awe.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Forge guns will have enough alpha to one shot a dropship before it can activate its hardeners. True. But dropships main role is to transport troops and softening the landing zone with the side turrets while doing that. That will work with active hardeners.
Assault dropships? Well, 300 splash on small missile turrets anyone? They can get in, activate hardeners, kill baddies, get out.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Sounds like a miscarried one or something. Some tanker on IRC calculated that. I don't understand most of it as I didn't sit and look at the new vehicle stats besides what I was told from my friends.
